Our breeches are made of a material with four-way stretch that fits your body and leg shape. Don't worry about the fit, choose your usual size and they will adjust and stretch to the right length.

NÄR LEVERERAS MIN ORDER?
Beställningar inom Sverige levereras normalt sett inom 1-3 arbetsdagar. Lägger du din order innan kl 12.00 (mån-fre) så skickas den samma dag. Vid hårt belastade perioder som reor, högtider, semestrar och Black week är vi tacksamma över ditt tålamod och förståelse för att leveranstiden kan vara något längre.
HUR VET JAG ATT MIN ORDER HAR GÅTT IGENOM?
Du får din orderbekräftelse inom 24 timmar till mailadressen du använt för att lägga ordern. Vänligen notera att den kan hamna i din skräppost. Om det har gått mer än 24 timmar och du fortfarande inte fått någon bekräftelse kan du skriva ett mejl till oss på info@alequi.com – vi hjälper dig gärna.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Om du känner att din produkts storlek eller passform inte var rätt har du 30 dagars retur och bytesrätt. Skicka ett mail till info@alequi.com med ditt ordernummer samt den produkt du vill returnera eller byta ut så återkommer vi med en retursedel.
- Om du vill returnera eller byta en vara tillkommer en fraktavgift på 69 kr som vi drar av på totalbeloppet när vi behandlar din retur.
När din beställning har returnerats och mottagits av oss sker återbetalning via samma betalningsmetod som ditt ursprungliga köp. Vänligen tillåt upp till sju arbetsdagar för att din betalning ska returneras.
Retur och utbytespolicy:
- Produkten skall vara oanvänd och fortfarande i samma nyskick som när den mottogs.
- Returnerade produkter måste ha samtliga märkeslappar och etiketter kvar och returneras i sin originalförpackning med rätt streckkod.
KAN MAN KÖPA PRESENTKORT HOS ER?
Ja absolut, presentkort till någon man gillar är ju verkligen den optimala presenten! Våra presentkort finns att köpa i menyn under PRESENTKORT. Välj vilket belopp du vill fylla det med och sen skickas en separat kod till dig på mail. Denna kod nyttjas sen genom att man lägger den i sin varukorg vid betalning. Presentkortet är giltigt i ett år från inköpsdatum och du kan välja saldo från 250 kr upp till 3000 kr.
Om du returnerar en produkt som är köpt med ett presentkort kan du inte få pengar tillbaka utan samma presentkort tankas på med det returnerade beloppet igen.
