We offer free shipping over SEK 499 and free exchanges on all orders. If you want to return an item, a shipping fee of SEK 69 is added, which we deduct from the total amount when we process your return.
To be sure that your size fits, you can try on your products at home in peace and quiet. As a private person or entrepreneur, you have the right to cancel your purchase according to the Act on consumer protection in the case of distance contracts (2000:274). Should you wish to return your item, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item if you intend to use the right of withdrawal.
- Send an email to info@alequi.com with your order number and the product you want to return or exchange and we will get back with a return slip.
- When your order has been returned and received by us, we will either send your new product in case you want to exchange the item, or alternatively if you make a return - a refund will be made via the same payment method as your original purchase. It takes up to seven business days for your payment to be refunded.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned products must have all tags still attached and be returned in the original packaging with the correct barcode on the packaging. If you have ordered several products, it is important that the barcode is correct on the product you are returning.
- Returned products must not have any visible signs of wear or use.
Please note that in order for the returned products to be considered unused they must be in substantially unaltered condition. This means, for example, that labels, any Velcro fasteners and protective plastic must be found on the product. Goods that are returned must be properly packaged and sent back in the same way as they were delivered with all barcodes still on the packaging.
If used goods are returned, ALEQUI has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value of the product compared to the product's original value, if and to the extent that such reduction in value is due to your having handled the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics. You will then receive money back for the item minus the value deduction according to law. The reduction in value can be up to 100% if the item is no longer salable.
ALEQUI reserves the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation.
