Sweden
- Free shipping on all orders over SEK 499 - below that a fee of SEK 69 is added.

- Exchanges are free of charge
- In case of return, a shipping fee of SEK 69 is added, which we deduct from the amount when we make a refund
Return and Exchange Policy:
- You have 30 days to exchange or return your purchase.
- The product must be unused, in the same new condition as when it was received and without visible signs of wear or use.
- Returned products must have all tags and labels intact and be returned in their original packaging with the correct barcode.
To exchange or return:
- Send an email to info@alequi.com with your order number and the product you want to return or exchange and we will get back with return instructions.
- When your order has been returned and received by us, we will either send your new product in case you want to exchange the item, or alternatively if you make a return - a refund will be made via the same payment method as your original purchase. It takes up to seven business days for your payment to be refunded.
