The general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when the consumer (“You”) places an order via www.alequi.com/sv and subpages (“Site”). In connection with ordering, you enter into an agreement with ALEQUI Equestrian AB, org: 559171-4869 ("Alequi", "we", "us"). The terms and conditions are only applicable to you who are consumers and who place orders via the Site.
You must be 18 years of age to place orders on the Site. According to Swedish law, we do NOT approve credit purchases for people under the age of 18. Alequi reserves the right to refuse or make changes to your order (e.g.ex. if you have provided incorrect personal data and/or have payment complaints).
Alequi reserves itself for possible image and typing errors on the Site. This includes errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and adjustments in price or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. Alequi reserves the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been specified for an item that you have ordered, Alequi naturally promises to inform you of this and wait for your approval of the new price before Alequi continues with the order. All image information on the Site shall be considered exclusively as illustrations. These illustrations cannot be guaranteed to represent the number of items You will receive or the item's exact appearance, features or origin. Alequi is not responsible for information on the Site that comes from a third party.
The site and all its content are owned by Alequi. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property and market laws. This means that product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without written approval from Alequi.
1.6 Payment options / terms
We offer both Klarna Checkout as a payment option. With Klarna, you can choose payment via credit or debit card or via your clearing account when partial payment is possible. Klarna Checkout is accepted for payments from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and the UK.
We offer free shipping within Sweden when purchasing goods for at least SEK 499. When purchasing goods under SEK 499, we charge a shipping cost of SEK 69. DHL and Postnord are used for the transport of mail and parcels and we comply with the Distance and Sales Act (2005: 59).
"Working days" are days during a normal working week from Monday to Friday.
1.7 Delivery delays
In the event of delivery delays, we shall not be liable for any damage, loss, claim or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind.
1.8 Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you immediately inspect your product. If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
1.9 Return and exchange
We comply with the Distance and Sales Act in Sweden (2005: 59) - which gives all non-business customers the opportunity to return and exchange all purchases within a 14-day cancellation period.
All items must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached. Shipping in connection with returns or exchanges is paid by the buyer.

Shipping in connection with returns is paid by the buyer. Shipping for one exchange is free, for more than one exchange, shipping is paid by the buyer.
Once your order has been returned and received by us, your order will be refunded via the same payment method as your original purchase. Please allow up to 14 working days for your payment to be returned.
We reserve the right to price changes caused by large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events in the Force Majeure section below.

When your package arrives at a distribution point, you will be notified by email or SMS. When placing your order, you are responsible for providing correct details such as mobile number, your delivery and email address.
If you do not pick up your package, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for the return that automatically takes place to us in the event of no pickup.
2.4 Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions and similar events beyond our control, resulting in our failure to fulfill the contractual terms and obligations incumbent upon us, we are not responsible or liable for breach of contract and we are released from our obligations to comply with any part of these terms.
