What size should I take?

With each product there is a size guide where you can decide which size is right for you or your horse. If you are still unsure, we will be happy to help you at our customer service at info@alequi.com.

Do you have free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over SEK 499 within Sweden.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders within Sweden are normally delivered within 1-3 working days. If you place your order before 12.00 (Mon-Fri), it will be sent the same day. During heavily loaded periods such as sales, holidays, holidays and Black week, we are grateful for your patience and understanding that the delivery time may be slightly longer.

How do I know that my order has gone through?

You will receive your order confirmation within 24 hours to the email address you used to place the order. Please note that it may end up in your spam folder. If it's been more than 24 hours and you still haven't received a confirmation, you can write us an email at info@alequi.com - we'll be happy to help you.

What is the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link where you can track your order. Press the link to track the package and see the status of your order.

How do I make a return or exchange?

If you feel that the size or fit of your product was not correct, you have a 30-day return and exchange right. Send an email to info@alequi.com with your order number and the product you want to return or exchange and we will get back with return instructions.

  • If you want to return or exchange an item, a shipping fee will be added, which we will deduct from the total amount when we process your return.

Once your order has been returned and received by us, a refund will be made via the same payment method as your original purchase. Please allow up to seven business days for your payment to be returned.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • The product must be unused and still in the same new condition as when it was received.
  • Returned products must have all tags and labels intact and be returned in their original packaging with the correct barcode.
Can I buy gift cards from you?

Yes absolutely, gift cards for someone you like really are the optimal gift! Our gift cards can be purchased in the menu under SHOP > COLLECTIONS & GIFT CARDS > GIFT CARDS. Choose the amount you want to fill it with and then a separate code will be sent to you by email. This code is then used by putting it in your shopping cart at checkout. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and you can choose a balance from SEK 250 up to SEK 3,000.

If you return a product that was purchased with a gift card, you cannot get money back, but the same gift card will be topped up with the returned amount again.
